Welcome to Fun Stuffs.

These Terms of Service apply when you visit, browse or purchase from the Fun Stuffs online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fun Stuffs.

1. Online Store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Our Products

Fun Stuffs sells products including miniatures, 3D-printed products, trinket shelves, trinket shelf inserts, framed displays and other collectible and decorative items.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.

Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography, materials and manufacturing processes, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online.

Dimensions and weights provided in product listings are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. 3D-Printed Products

Many Fun Stuffs products are 3D printed.

3D printing naturally creates visible layer lines and may result in minor surface variations, small imperfections or slight differences between individual items.

These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product's intended use or quality.

4. Made-to-Order & Colour Selections

Some Fun Stuffs products are printed or made after an order is received.

Where colour, size, design or other options are offered, it is the customer's responsibility to check their selections before completing an order.

Once production has commenced, we may not be able to change or cancel a made-to-order item.

5. Upcycled Products

Some Fun Stuffs products may incorporate upcycled or previously owned components, including frames used for some trinket shelves.

Upcycled components are not brand-new products and may contain minor marks, scratches, dings or signs of previous use.

Where applicable, this will be disclosed in the product description.

These disclosed characteristics form part of the condition and nature of the product.

6. Miniatures & Small Parts

Many Fun Stuffs products are miniatures or contain small parts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our miniature and collectible products are intended primarily for display, collecting, crafting, dioramas or decorative purposes.

Products containing small parts may present a choking hazard and are not suitable for young children.

Customers should review individual product descriptions, warnings and recommended uses before purchasing.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because some products are made to order, production times may vary.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, colours or designs and to limit quantities available for purchase.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

8. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available through our checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information when placing an order.

9. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• An order cannot be fulfilled
• Shipping is unavailable to the supplied destination

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will refund the applicable amount.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, charges, processing times and delivery information are provided in our Shipping Policy and/or at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by postal services, couriers, customs, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. International Orders

Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for checking whether products can legally be imported into their destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price charged by Fun Stuffs.

12. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Fun Stuffs does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where applicable, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Unless otherwise stated, the Fun Stuffs name, branding, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website content and original designs created by Fun Stuffs remain our intellectual property or are used by us with appropriate rights.

Third-party names, characters, trademarks and brands that may be referenced in relation to collectible items remain the property of their respective owners. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
