Refund & Returns Policy

At Fun Stuffs, many of our products are made, printed or prepared especially for your order. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Fun Stuffs does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

This includes ordering the wrong colour, size or product, so please check all product details and selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Many Fun Stuffs products are 3D printed or made to order, including products where you select your preferred colour.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or changed simply because you have changed your mind.

3D Printed Products

Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may have minor layer lines, surface variations or slight differences between items. These are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered faults.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and variations between filament batches.

Upcycled Products

Some Fun Stuffs products include upcycled or pre-owned components, such as frames used for our framed trinket shelves.

These items are not sold as brand-new frames and may have minor marks, scratches, dings or other signs of previous use. Where applicable, this will be disclosed in the product description.

These characteristics are part of the upcycled nature of the product and are not considered faults where they have been disclosed before purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and any damage
Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery

Please do not dispose of the item or its packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. For other failures, you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Fun Stuffs will provide instructions regarding the return and any applicable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
